Shipping and Handling Policies

Andrea Velazquez LLC assumes responsibility for the items, and all risk of damage, loss, or delay of the items, until the items are delivered to or collected by the Buyer. Once the Goods have been delivered to or collected by the Buyer, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for and risk of damage to such Goods.

Returns and Refunds Policies

Items may only be returned if damaged before delivered to the Buyer (including but not limited to: rips, water damage, cracked frames due to handling during shipping). The Buyer must email andr.velazq@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery including photos of damage to items and/or shipping box to discuss options. If the item is proven damaged due to delivery methods, Andrea Velazquez LLC will pay for return shipping and refund payment in total. If possibly a repair will be made and items will be sent back to the Buyer and payment will not be refunded. Items may not be returned and the Buyer will not be refunded if they do not meet expectations or if notified after the 14 day period.
